Prior to going gluten-free, rice pilaf was a staple side dish at the Mayone’. This couscous is its replacement. Kimberly prefers the plain variety to soak up flavorful slow cooking sauces, other flavors include Savory Herb, Mediterranean Curry, and Roasted Garlic and Olive Oil.
