Roasted Garlic Dip

This silly-easy 3-Ingredient Roasted Garlic Spread is delicious spread over crackers, as a dip for crudités, or used instead of mayo for sandwiches or wraps. Our Slow Cooker Roasted Garlic recipe is the source of all the garlicky goodness.

What else can you do with this spread? Use it instead of plain cream cheese in dips or for stuffing mushroom caps, spread it onto fish before baking, add it to cooked pasta or pasta sauce, or add a dollop to a noodle or grain-based casserole.     Did I miss the nutritional information — CHO, Fiber, PRO and fat‽

      Hi there. Sorry, none of the recipes on this site have nutritional analysis. However, I can tell you that, given that it is predominantly cream cheese, it will be mostly fat and very little fiber or protein.
