Lundberg Farm Organic Brown Rice Couscous

Prior to going gluten-free, rice pilaf was a staple side dish at the Mayone’. This couscous is its replacement. Kimberly prefers the plain variety to soak up flavorful slow cooking sauces, other flavors include Savory Herb, Mediterranean Curry, and Roasted Garlic and Olive Oil. It cooks up quickly, in about 15 minutes and the texture is very similar to pasta-based couscous. Click here FMI.
